Try not to get too aggressive with the Ryobi and the carbide burrs. I got mine to chattering too hard once (my fault) and ended up breaking something inside the geared head of the unit. Otherwise like the tool a lot. Just have to remember it isn't as robust as old school air ones in that regard.
 
Thanks for the warning. I had it on max speed and got the same chatter. Dropped it to 2/4 and it was nice and smooth. Will still keep it in mind or grab the air one for heavy work
