New Ford Duallys are 6+ months out?

I guess I left the dealership too soon to see them start failing and I have not started seeing them fail on AG equipment outside of warranty yet. I'm still seeing DEF header controller failures.
We actually have new and old at this point, the old (non reman) are larger foot print housings and the new (reman) are smaller and require adapter plates on each sensor controller to mount to the chassis.

I've been lucky that Deere put newer def header versions in the same foot print so no modifications have been needed. All failures I've seen are CAN communication from the ECU to the headers.

I should have clarified, talking about nox sensors there.

The def headers we got sensor kits that allow you to just rebuild the header with a updated sensor.
Same failure it seems, def fluid ingress to the sensor takes out the sensor module and shorts the bus commonly. The updated sensors are potted in white epoxy vs the previous black sensor.
