Not to start an argument, but I call bull.
I respected and loved my father too, he instilled all the good values in my brother and I, taught us about responsibility and hard work.
That said I always fought the man for my piece of freedom/opinion, not necessarily what he thought that should have been.
He never fully embraced all of the changes that took place as the years went on, in turn I never tried to change him. We agreed to disagree and took care of the business as they say.
No hate, that is a strong word. Just a dislike is what I was referring to. World is running amok, who is at fault could be argued ad nauseam...
