New Kawi 2 smoke

knee breaking nostalgia kicking a 500.
my 500 was one of the easiest bikes to start that I've ever had.
Hell Destry himself will tell you the only reason it was dominant in the desert was because it started faster than anything else and could win bomb starts, then check out with the raw power.

If you broke a knee on a kx500, you were doing it wrong :flipoff2:

Hopefully it has a counter balance. Nothing worse than realizing the kick starter has vibrated off your KX500.

Some of the articles are saying it is counterbalanced.

Definitely a nice looking bike. I wonder if they will roll out a 250/125 also. I hope Yamaha takes note and updates the YZ.

Hope it has a kick start backup, because, knee breaking nostalgia kicking a 500.

Should be a ripper. Hope the other brands follow suit, the KX was always a great bike. RM was badass. CR was king though.

I can break a leg on either

No kickstart. Bump starting is always an option unless you install a Rekluse. (I personally hate the Rekluse after learning how to use and abuse the clutch).

Efi, electric power valve, map switch (with phone app for changes over Bluetooth), counter-balanced, hydraulic clutch. Hit all the big features to make a modern 2t.

Will likely put a big dent in the KTM sales.

Assuming like most Japanese bikes it'll need some love in the form of a steel clutch basket and plates that will last. Some armor and they should be good bikes.

I am absolutely, without a doubt, buying this bike in the offroad 327X flavor. I've been team green for my entire life. KX80, then KX125, then I bought my '99 KX250 brand new in high school with bussing tables money and it still rips hard to this day. I can't wait to ride this new one.

Did they tell you any kind of delivery date? Curious if we're gonna see it this summer at all.
I was told that the first batch is arriving in December. I don't know if that's for every dealer, or just the one I go to.

these types of threads are hilarious to me. "im more manliest of men cuz i can run a clutch" dolts. get back in your caves and beat your women with your sticks.
Ah yes, the guy who thinks the pinnacle of dirt biking is Honda XRs is going to wax to us about how we need to go back to caveman times for not liking crutch parts that have more disadvantages than advantages.
Fitting. :flipoff2:
