Polishing my knob

Designed the support for my cannon.
Now to gather the materials.
Did some digging with the mini excavator.
Came in at noon and napped till 4.
Wife helped me put in the 4" drainage pipe.
Getting dizzy when i stand up too fast. F meds and docs.
Wife making steak for dinner.
Looking forward to that.

Still in. Brother called, he got hung on our RR non existent crossing. CSX keeps taking it out. Now he has AI'd the subject and thinks he has a plan. Pretty much same plan I have been pushing for a few years. Be interesting to see how this plays out.

In..

Went to the dump first thing.

unloading junk from Friday.. dropped a (flat) tire&wheel off the stack.. it bounced and turned upright.. rolled across the yard, into the shop, and ran over my weed-eater.. at least it didn’t knock over a motorcycle.

Filled in a hole the size of a small swimming pool left over from a tree stump extraction

Checked rice water. Came home and went to Chico for some errands. Alfa romeo is doing Alfa things. Says the hood is open when it’s not. Can’t remote start among other things. Has some kinda of goofy wop dual latch setup with what I’m assuming are sensors. Tried adjusting hood height with rubber bumpers. No change. Latches have mopar part numbers. Chrysler junk I’m sure....

Lots of walking in the house using cane. Working on stability, and as good of a gait I can manage.
Smaller steps seem to be ok combo for now.
Goal is to be crutch/walk assist aid free...

Exercises and stretches as I do my sets throughout the day.

Nice day out, since it rained lawn cutting will have to wait for the next weekend, during the week mom and I took care of some tree branches at the neighbors side, I worked the polesaw and she took care of branches - got tossed into the back of my F250. Balanced using a single crutch on the left side as needed to get around.

We also rearranged my living room earlier in the week, took some effort but it is done. Do not care for ton of furniture and clutter.

Step ladder helps me with dismount, beats rolling the damn bike coming off it. I mount the bike putting the left leg on pedal and holding the rear brake - stable enough for that.

Disconnect the battery cable. Leave it be, reconnect later and see if this does the trick.

Finished power washing the house. Used bucket truck and an extension wand and did the roof down. My arms are shot! Today the truck ran out of fuel while I was up in it- had to call the wife to dump some gas in it and restart it. Maybe one day I will fix that fuel gauge.

New windows are scheduled to be installed this week so wanted to get power washing done before that.

Slept in. I made breakfast when we got up. Mrs asked if I had anything planned for the day. I told her we should do a supply run if anything. Mrs suggested going to a brewery we haven't hit yet, then run errands. Sounded like a win-win to me so Mrs went to get ready. She came out a few minutes later with that "I don't feel so good face" 🤢

So... I ran to town and got a few things. You get some funny looks when you're rolling through Costco with only a case of rum and two Costco size packs of bacon in your basket :grinpimp:

We're trying to figure out dinner now.

Enjoyed a nice weekend at home, wife went to the Bay to do tourist stuff with her cousin. She hasn’t worked in a year, I never get a moment alone. Worked on the house all weekend, new dishwasher installed.

Made a little “Bistro” out of the dining room as she described, played some pool Saturday.

She should travel more. I need more peace at home.

I usually wake up between 5:30 an 6:30, but no latter than 7, this morning it was 8! I had it in my mind it was Monday and I needed to call a survey company to subdivide my land. After I made coffee, tured on the ice maker and computer, checked my blood suger, I put some bread on to toast and looked at the date and was confused, we're supposed to vote on the second, which is on Tuesday, but the date on the computer says it's the 31st. I took my confused coffee less brain several seconds and a check of the calender to dawn on me it was Sunday! Then the coffee pot quit perculating the airfryer chimed signaling my toast was ready, I poured a cup buttered my toast and checked in to the IBB to see what world ending event had happened over night. Just lit a Brick House and poured my evening cup of coffee, th sun is setting and all is right with my world
