There's nothing around me that would require anything more.

Ain't no bears here.
It's for quietly dispatching ground hogs because the .22 with subs ain't got enough ass sometimes.
Why do we care if it fits in a backpack then?
Let it hang out.

I hated it when my back screen door had the screen rip..... until I figured out how quiet a subsonic 22 out of a bolt action from the kitchen was for a groundhog problem. Neighbor was already on board and wanted them gone and I have DNR property on my other side. Talked to neighbor afterwards and he was outside at the time and didn't hear anything, just saw the groundhog fall over. I'm guessing the poor thing had a heart attack.....or maybe lead poisoning

shooting cb shorts from inside the house at....things. If you are mostly straight on with the window, you can shoot through the screen without really doing any damage to it.

If you are buzzed and forget to open the window...well thats on you:flipoff2:

Don't forget the height over bore math either.
I clipped two juveniles at Mom's house the other day through the bedroom window.

Little ****ers are digging the gravel out from under the shed.

That's exactly what I have going on. They are digging the gravel out to use the space between floor joist. That and of course stealing veggies from garden back when we had it planted. This year the garden didn't happen. Still have a groundhog or two to get rid of but repaired the screen door, worst decision there. Now if the back door so much as squeaks they run for it and never go more than few feet out in grass now. I'm about to put a sniper nest on the roof :flipoff2:

heard mine stumbling through the swamp, and can't shoot that direction so I ran out there and got between it and its hole in my septic mound
got four rounds off at it as it cruised by close enough to kick
don't think I landed a single one rofl

scared it outta the mound though because it then started undermining the ****ty slab under one of my sheds
stuck a spring trap in that hole and it snapped it a couple times but didn't get caught, hadn't seen any prints for a week, now I saw it on the bank of another swamp just today
they got surprisingly good vision, saw me from a good 250' away

Yup
Pierce +1's in my 36.
And I have smaller hands.
I've shot a 10 in small frame and it's comparative to my 45, but twice as snappy...

357 sig is like the best pistol round no one ever bought. But at the same time, if you've got same capacity as a .40 and want moar power there's 10mm too.

I bought mine before all the gucci 9mm rounds came out. I actually started with a Sig P230S in .380, which I suppose is better than nothing, but got rid of it and the Ruger P90 DC in .40.

I also have a G31C, which is a full size with a factory ported barrel and slide, it just popped up while cruising backpages, and hauled ass over to the pawn shop to be there when they opened. I don't know how many they made, but I've never seen another one out in the wild, although I just looked and there is a G22C with both .40 and .357 barrels for sale on gunbroker. Dude wants $1700 for it.

My old housemate worked as a police officer at the California state fair in the 80's and I guess even into the 90's, just so he could play cop once a year. His partner was Pam and she carried a 1911 and he had a Glock 19, and when it came time to shoot up a car that was trying to run them over, his 9mm's were just bouncing off the windshield, while the .45's were punching holes, I don't know what ammo he was using but it didn't have the ass to get the job done.
