and then go and three putt all of them.
Hell, my deer blind is 4x8, 8’ up. Can fit two comfortably with a cooler in the middle. Even has a shingled roof. It’s not insulated, but a buddy heater keeps it plenty warm. No internet or cable tv though.![]()

If I sit out on the ground, a Sasquatch might get me.I think its adorable that yall need a treehouse just to kill a deer![]()
ive lived golf course adjacent for 21 years. (im a mile west of one but have to drive by in and out of my place) every time i drive by it say to myself this is a waste of a perfectly good hare scramble course. They say a golf course is just a waste of a nice shooting range. This one looks like it could do both if you have a good back stop on one end.

You need sand. Lots and lots of sand.plant some good grass on the green and get a greens master reel mower
My deer blind is about 50yd from the hole...
I once read that people who lived on a golf course often had health problems from being exposed to the high levels of herbicides. You need sand. Lots and lots of sand.
And the grass you want is creeping bentgrass.
You will not be able to cut it with a rotary mower, you'll need a reel mower. Tee boxes and greens run at different heights. Fairways and tee boxes are same height. Greens are very short.
Lots of water. Lots of fertilizer. Lots of herbicide.
Might be worth it to do sod from a sod farm that specializes in golf course supply.
Gotta have the sand though, although depending where you are in the mitten, your soil may already be pretty damn sandy. As I said, you need lots of water, but it cant pond.
The gold course I worked at when I was a teenager was designed by some PGA pro. It had no less than 7 tons of sand per green. Over a rock base, more sand, then soil. It was a nice course. $75 a round back in the early 2000's.
Drew water out of a lake, ran sprinklers every night. Fert once every other week. About the same for spray....may e once a month.
Greens got cut every damn day for the sake of consistency of speed of the green. Tee boxes and fairways got cut every other day.
Creeping bentgrass can take a minute to establish from seed. We grew our own sod. Think turnaround was about 5 years.
And dont forget drainage. Bentgrass hates ponding.

Some of us like challenges, knocking a little ball in a hole makes the same sense as trying to drive a crawler through a trail. One just has a higher entry fee. Hanging with your buds outside is fun no matter what.Golf is only fun if you are ****faced. Otherwise it's a fashion show for ***s and old men.
Paige Spiranac being one of the few exceptions.![]()
If you want to be in sales you should really learn how to play as well. Some of us like challenges, knocking a little ball in a hole makes the same sense as trying to drive a crawler through a trail. One just has a higher entry fee. Hanging with your buds outside is fun no matter what.
I've got a suction cup on my putter. I've got monkey paws. I get my ball and have a tough time getting my hand back out! LolI don't give a **** about golf, but here is my suggestion.
You make some kind of device that pops up out of the hole to knock the ball out of the hole so you don't have to stick your hand in there to retrieve it, or to ruin your golfing buddies hole in one.![]()
