If you took a motorhome chassis, ran a 3500hd van front clip, plopped a van body on there to match (so maybe a little body lift?) would the rear doors come out at the right height that you can have a walk out flatbed?

Depending on how high the body set on chassis. The Suburban\Topkick I posted before is kinda like that except for being able to actually walk out. Even the van would need the extra tall ambulance style roof\rear doors for that.
Reminds me of these builds, though that looks to be a smaller body on a larger chassis.
This one could use a little work but not a bad job of splicing the suburban onto the topkick cab and filling in the back wheelwells. I could see this as a alternative to a full toter if you had a bigger family and want to pull a 5th wheel.

Hate on me as much as you want but I really like the way the Rivian's look. I've heard they're terribly unreliable but when they're right they're great.

Maybe not, but the mud in front of the rear fender, I can't figure out how it would do that the way that it is.
Granted, I'm not real familiar with the body lines on those things
Guess it's also a real dark brown for being in what looks like red dirt area
