Friend of mine worked at a scrap yard. They had a school bus they did that to, and called it the magic bus. The sides of a school bus are even less structural than a u-haul truck, especially when the roof is cut off. That plus 15 tons of scrap right behind the driver seat waiting to delete him with one panic stop got that thing shut down by the DOT pretty quick. The old "If I see this bus one more time, you and your boss are going to jail" bit.

TF? Bus haulers are all over the place with no DOT problems.

Picture a school bus cut off just below the windows... then picture it filled with scrap metal. Big difference.

I was comparing it to the cut down u-haul truck posted above.

Edit: I'm a strong supporter of the school bus/flatbed hybrid. The magic bus was far from that. They were going for a like, 30 foot pickup box with it.
I personally saw it a couple times, and the sides were bowed out pretty good. I am pretty sure HCT has seen it too.

Really? Have you not talked to people lately? Most of the people I have to talk to are morons. Dumber than rock morons. They cant understand simple concepts or think logically. Ive met some that it physically hurts me to have a conversation with them.
