Two U.S. Navy EA-18G Growler jets collided midair during the second day of the Gunfighter Skies Air Show at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho on Sunday, though all four crew members successfully ejected, the U.S. Navy confirmed to Fox News Digital.

MHAFB airshow is 0/3 on airshows now. Still not sure why they were using the growler, and what maneuver they were doing.

Will be an interesting read for the SIB
 
Off the top of my head, that's the third crash they have had at Gunfighter Skies this century. The last time I attended a guy on an ultralight that noone was watching crashed and the guy died. End of the show, everyone goes home. Then before that it was a Thunderbird jet that crashed. Show's over, everyone goes home.
 
Such a weird way the 2 planes seems to attach to each other, it was like they were dancing together or something.

Glad everyone got out as it looks like ejecting could have gone pretty wrong as you normally do not eject when another plane is on top of your plane.

I agree. It looked really strange the way the two planes "locked bumpers" so to speak. The stayed together until they hit the ground and exploded.
