ADD A LOW VOLTAGE CUTOFF!!
I ruined an m12 battery doong exactly that. Repowered a PW, kid discharged battery till it stopped moving which took the batt too low and it was unrecoverable. I tried all the tricks.

This. The m12 batteries have nothing, it's in the tools.
He will cook it.
 
Current situation. No more gearbox issues.

Not that we’ve noticed. The brake was removed from the motor prior to us buying it. Not sure why they’re all like that on eBay. That being said I still need to add the brake pedal and caliper that came with the chinesium atv axle.
 
sabretooth 2x32 is in, ans got the servo mounted up, test drive went well

Plastic wheels and zero suspension is horrible. Will work some kind of servo saver thing in but I dont see it hitting 110kg of force especially with my throttle endpoint set at 50% with a very soft curve

next will be some rubber wheels, a bigger AH battery, and a voltage display

The S. saver is to protect it from impacts. Do they not make an off the shelf saver that fits?

Ya thats what I meant, dont see impacts that bad, the whole steering is so loose that the whole thing is basically a servo saver 😅
