Build MNR 4600 class 2021 U4 Bronco

Sturgis looked fun and definitely not dusty! Congrats on the Class W!

Are y'all racing Nationals? If so, how goes prep?
We are racing finals in Laughlin NV. Still waiting for details. Can’t even register to race yet and it’s like 3 weeks away.

Both broncos are repaired from the last couple of races and we’ve had them both out for shake down runs. Loren Healy got to go driver 431 like a rental to check some stuff out for future builds.

If it holds up to Loren driving then it should good to go :lmao:

He killed a tire for me 😂. It’s been raining around here. He was sampling my 2.3 vs his 2.7 and my steering vs his and my suspension work vs his. We come blasting around a corner at like 60 mph and the road is gone. Rain Water had washed a whole section of roadway down the wash. There was no time to stop 😳 He had to put it in the cedar trees to not launch off a cliff. Wipes some of my wrap off the pass door. Didn’t pop my tire but gashed the sidewall bad enough to not use. I’m now building a couple steering boxes for Bailey Campbells new car. Going to do one for Tryloff while we’re at it.

Baileys new 4600 Bronco is going to be a lot more like mine than Loren and Vaughn’s old one. 4 cylinder. My steering. Fully gutted (because FHOR is building it not Ford)
Soooo does this mess with the class? or what does that allow that ford didnt? I know you couldnt do certain things because ford said you couldnt? or buy back? refresh my memory( or IBB's) too

I was allowed to do more to my Bronco than was done on Loren’s first one. That’s due to our different relationships with Ford, not anything to do with U4. He’s gotta follow the same rules I do so their new one is done basically like mine but with more money invested in it. Their old one still has the factory “cage” in it. New one is like mine, full replacement cage. Their dash will have Motec and will be way nicer than mine. Otherwise pretty similar. They’re using a 4 cyl 10 speed auto. So their new one will be about a 1000 pounds less than their old one. Live valve shocks. Nothing new to them though.
