Build MNR 4600 class 2021 U4 Bronco

Tires are easy. Have you got your liner packing technique down? That’s the real question. I love watching the newbs try and get them in. :lmao:

Not when your buddy has a tire machine :flipoff2:
We have our own tire machine. Dad isn’t home yet and the race cars are in the way. So we loaded up all the tires wheels tire machine tools and air canon. Took that to the buddies shop with an open bay and did it all up there. I got everything home except the tire machine. It’s not coming home till the race cars can drive out of the way and I can plop it back where it goes with the tractor

The Maxxis ones are still the hardest. But you’d have been proud of us yesterday. Dismounted 17 tires and saved every liner. Got all 17 beaded back up on the first try except one. Had one take 3 hits with the cannon to get it to seat and it was the outer bead that wouldn’t take hold. I wouldn’t have been embarrassed if you were watching yesterday. But I’ve had my days I’m glad you couldn’t see me :flipoff2:

We cheetah almost all of them. Every now and then when we come across a BFG we get excited because they go right on. General had some nice ones too but I haven’t seen one of those since the Lucas short course days. There were 2 or 3 different variations on ours and none of them like to bead right up. Make sure the upper bead seats too, usually you hear the distinct snap. Sometimes you have to look around the deck and make sure. I don’t know about the Monsters but on my Rynos it took 60psi to pop the upper bead.

Qualifying last year, PIPO V Media shared this with me.

maybe i never noticed or its the picture but does it have quite a bit of positive camber at droop?

Yes. The geometry on these is less than ideal it works but it’s not “perfect”. I didn’t design it, I just bought it. So I don’t know what one could do different to design that out. Here’s a full bump pic to compare against full droop.

My shock tuning is better this year but there’s a reason why Vaughn calls his “Bucky”. They are an interesting little package
Totally understandable there. Plenty of air time at the Kentucky race again this year :lmao:

FB body is lame.
You know one of our race cars is a FB body bronco right?

Well we didn’t die pulling this about 680 miles with my SRW truck. 6.7 didn’t even flinch with that back there.

Camp is set up, I’m right next to Byro as usual. Chuck got a new smudge pot for Christmas.

No RzR this year?
Nope 😕 still broke down same as last time you saw it in Oklahoma. I’m over $1,000 bucks in the hole on parts and no closer to getting drivable. Tons of wasted hours. Took it to a shop to get a second opinion. Cannot figure it out 🤬
