Why the Ads?

There are 4 types of Ads on here:
1 for our vendors, 1 for off-road writers, 1 for our racers and the last helps this community.

Yellow Skulls - Official Vendors
They support site and offer deals to our members. They are allowed an ad, often displaying the current deal. You want to see these.

Blue Skulls - Professional Writers
Unpaid elsewhere for off-road related articles, product reviews, land use issues etc etc. We appreciate their contributions, so we allow them to put ads on their posts. Any profit goes DIRECTLY to them, we never see it. As far as I know, this is a unique feature here and we’re proud of it.

Racers - Fellow Wheelers
Racing is not cheap, people getting into it need all the help they can get. We allow verified racers to display their sponsors on their post as a means to boost visibility. The more visibility a racer can provide a sponsor, the more likely they are to get help from more. As far as I know, this is also a unique feature here and our comminuty is proud to help in this manner.

It’s important to note that the community here fully supports helping these members in this manner. These practices and features were discussed before implementing them and we want to help where we can.

irate4x4's Ads - Typical Website Ads
These help keep the site running, further development and fund the giveaways we do. You can minimize or completely get rid of these though. Registering as a member will get rid of over 3/4 of them and it’s free to do. Purchasing a Red Skull Membership will get rid of the rest. The only exceptions will be ads mentioned above. Everybody helps them.
