Interesting idea. Down side is you have to remove your wheel from the machine to use the spreader.

Have you used it yet? I have been wanting one of those for a while, but they never go on sale. I just use my pneumatic die grinder or one of my m12 die grinders, but it would be nice to have a dedicated tool. Let us know how you like it, after you use it. Or,.of you don't want it,

I have one. I tested it by drilling 2 holes and haven't used it since. Just haven't got to my fence project. It worked well. Certain size rocks will stop it. Reverse a tad to release or pull the auger out of the hole to get rid of the rock. I have it on my hitachi 17, not a China machine...

The standard hole hawg does suck. The super hole hawg is legit. I recently bought one with a free 6ah battery but have t used the drill yet. Coworker has one, we use his all the time

What's that, 8' to the platform? I have a 12' of that style. Bought it for $50 at a yard sale. It's a heavy and awkward bitch to move. But it is perfect for working on the lights on the 17' ceiling in the barn.

I also thought about swapping the e jaw chick for a quick attach chuck like you would find on the super hole hawg. I have investigated to see if the parts would interchange. Ironically, you can get a quick change chuck on the mixing drill in the UK. Not sure what size the chuck is though

That's what I was thinking. I have the same mixer drill. Damn mixing paddle falls out of the tightened chuck all the time. I would put a larger plate up by the drill so when it does fall off, it won't sink to the bottom of the lake
