Salt spreader bearing seized on auger shaft any input?

Salt dogg TGS07. Bearing is shot, uses 2 set screws which had to be drilled out. Seized to the auger shaft and there's no room on the inside to try to pound the bearing out. Any ideas before i finish my lunch and go to pound town?

I'm thinking torch, set screws are drilled all the way through, even drilled through the shaft to confirm.

Set screws are no more. Giving it a pb soak overnight until i can get some more map

Easy take a punch knock out the cages, once the cages are out then you can knock the balls out. Take the housing off and cut the inner race with a grinder. Shouldn’t be more than a 30 min project for both sides.

I ripped cages out destroyed the bearing long time ago lol. Itll have to wait till tomorrow
