Buying a new dirt bike

I'm going to buy a 23 yz450f. MSRP is $9899. The dealer quoted me $11,349 otd. Can you haggle in this day and age? I'm going to ask for a center stand and a jersey/pant if they wont budge on price. Last bike I bought new was a 2015 1190R and I got the dealer to come down 10% off msrp.

Anyone buy a new bike recently? Thoughts?

That's what I was thinking. Bikes are not arriving at dealers for a few weeks. I'm gonna shop around.

That pricing is pretty standard in my area. It may be a fuck you price, but if you walk some other schmuck is gonna be in the door with it leaving in his truckbed within the week. Yay for covid retail.

Hit 2 local dealers today. Got a quote for $10,064 otd from one a little north of me. Seems much more reasonable, $165 over msrp for paperwork/title fees. Now just have to wait until the bikes show up at the dealer.

That sounds a lil better.
