Black Hills 4 Wheelers is an off-road club that was started in 1960's and founded in Baja Racing. As racing safety and insurance requirements came into play in the 80's the club migrated to trail riding and then rock crawlings. The black Hills 4 Wheelers put on an annually event called the Dakota Territory Challenge and have been holding them annually since 1982.
