How it started.
Motortrend was killing the video off and stuffing it with ad's, I thought that was dumb and we could do better.
This is set for 18 August annually.
Now the crap everyone dislikes....
This is open to experienced members that can manage these trails . No Mr. Stocker yer out
The group will manage the route and the attendance .
There is a loose understanding here you are not getting your Prius thru and we will laugh and point at the broverlanders,
So f.w.i.w. realize this is a for fun run and that fixing your busted ass stuff for no good reason most likely wont go over big.
Break doing hero stuff will get you a coldun
tho...
The runs will be +- 3 nights at each trail.
So expect a 9 day run with perhaps a pre stage party the day before.
Year #1 we planned for Barrett lake, Rubicon, Fordyce
Mother nature served us hurricane hillery.
Year #2 we did the Dusy-Ershim.
Year 3 I was planning Slickrock, Deer Valley, Sourgrass,
( I may have an interesting surprise alternate).
So I have had a couple of members offer to help host this thing in other states.
I'm game to run the thing remotely and do legwork by working with you and setting up the run.
I'm interested in the idea of growing this ,if you have the space to do satellite runs, or have trails close enough for the daisychain thing pm me and we can work on it.

Hazel is doing a spinoff, so that has some promise.
I don't know if the moderators are capable of sticky 'Ing this or not, if you can, please do so.
Eta 12/28/24 If Austin wants to use this for the sites benefit, I'm fine either helping or handing it off.
