    Passenger drop 241

I've never seen one, I was under the impression Dodge was np208 in 150 and 250/350 was NP205.

Is this essentiessentially the same thing as a same era GM case but 23 spline?

    Found in a 1992 W250 360, auto, with 8 lug 9.25.

Dodge used the NP208 in '80-'87, and the NP241 in '88-'93 in trucks equipped with the D44 front axles. It was even possible to get a W350 with a D44 front axle and either the NP208 or NP241.

I'm not familiar with the GM version, but considering New Process was a joint venture between GM and Chrysler, I would say it is very similar. As far as Dodge is concerned, the NP241 is an upgraded version of the NP208. I do think the GM version used a slip yoke in the rear, while the Dodge versions are all fixed yoke.

Well, figured it wouldnt hurt to have around and grabbed it today. it should pair well with my late 360 gas nv4500 in an older repower.
