That's a good point. But I also dont think he sold it for nearly enough.. either way, its turned into a wasteland. I dont know about you, but if I'd poured years of work into something, no matter how much money I got from it, I'd still be bummed to see it turn into a dumpster fire.

Nahhh...... It's an ego boost. It shows you can give someone something totally viable and they just fuck it up. It makes you feel .... superior.
