Need some assistance with my J4700 project that I am converting to 5.7 hemi and nv4500 (23 spline dodge). With the pedal mocked up and marked at 6:1 master cylinder position, I have 1" travel, maybe 1.25" to the floor on the clutch. Does anyone know the bore and stroke sizes on the stock Dodge NV4500 slave cylinder? Need to figure out what master cylinder to run, the stock Dodge one is too big. I have read that it is 7/8 but I cant confirm that or the travel.

I used a AA part like the novak listed item above, with a 1.250/10 input shaft and a custom bearing (5.125 diameter pilot) retainer on a 1995 nv4500.

I saw those kits but I will be running a Dodge bell housing. Trying to figure out the math on what size master I need. I will need to go from 1"ish master travel to 1.25 slave travel. Thinking a master with 1' bore to a 7/8 bore slave.

Here is some info I found on the old site. Maybe it will be useful

Chevy Master Cylinder 7/8 (.875) Bore with a 1.5" Throw
Dodge Master Cylinder 1-1/8(1.125) Bore
NV5600 Slave Cylinder .81" Bore
NV4500 Slave Cylinder 1" Bore
Chevy NV4500 Slave Cylinder 25/32(.78125) Bore

Here is the thread link for a little more context
